The large tailgate of the Transporter Delivery van opens onto a functional load compartment which makes your work easier in every way. The almost rectangular shape enables best use to be made of the volume and the new structure has excellent rigidity. Versions with long wheelbase and high roof equipped with high rear wing doors as standard can also take bulky goods. All other models have a tailgate as standard and can, as an option, be supplied with rear wing doors. These can be ordered with an opening angle of 250° on the Delivery van with long wheelbase. A second sliding door (optional extra) makes loading and unloading extremely easy. Depending on wheelbase, six or eight lashing eyes secure the load. Additional lashing rails on the side panels are available as an option, and if vehicles are fitted with a high partition this also has a lashing rail. The partitions assure load security – for example, full or half-height partitions with or without windows or sliding windows. The standard specification includes half-height side panel trim for the load compartment; full trim is available as an option. Other extras offered are wear-resistant beech hardwood or rubber flooring.
