Equipment and fittings.
This brochure gives a summary
of the model range offered by Volkswagen Commercial
Vehicles. Please bear in mind that some of the
vehicles and equipment listed here will not
be available until a later date.
Additional equipment may alter
the unladen weight of the vehicle in which case
the payload, performance, fuel consumption and
CO2 emission are affected.
The roof load limit is 300 kg
for the normal roof, 150 kg for the high roof,
and 100 kg for the single/double cab. There
is no factory provision for a specific roof
load on vehicles with a super-high roof. Trailer
weights: 2,000 kg to 3,500 kg. Trailer nose
weights: 100 kg to 140 kg.
Performance figures are based
on vehicles without additional equipment (vehicles
registered as trucks: plus half payload).
Note regarding fuel consumption
and CO2 emission on vehicles registered as passenger
cars: the figures listed here have been established
in accordance with the measuring method stipulated
(the version of directive 80/1268/EEC which
is currently valid). These figures do not refer
to a particular vehicle and do not constitute
part of the offer but are purely for comparison
purposes between the various types of vehicle.
In addition to the fuel efficiency
of a vehicle, driving behaviour as well as other
non-technical factors play a role in determining
a vehicle’s fuel consumption and CO2 emission.
CO2 is the main greenhouse gas responsible for
global warming.
